Ceramic Gaiwan means a "lidded cup" in Chinese which is a tea vessel used mainly in GongFu tea. Gaiwan usually made of porcelain glass or ceramic it consists of bowl, lid and saucer. It is perfect for steeping whole leaf teas where short, quick steeps and multiple infusions help bring your tea much tastier.
