HOW TO BREW

Place one pack of tea leaves into a gaiwan, or a bowl with a lid.

Add 150 ml of boiling water.

Steep for around 30-40 secs and drain it.

Refill 150 ml of boiling water.

Steep for 20 seconds and serve.
