FEATURES
Dayu Ling Oolong is grown at altitudes between 2,000 and 2,600 meters, one of the highest tea plantations in the world. The High altitude provides a unique climate with cool temperatures, frequent mists, and abundant rainfall, which contribute to the tea's distinct flavor and aroma. The extreme climate and well drained acidic soil not only provide the tea leaves with unbeatable quality but also with limited quantity.
TASTE
It is known for its delicate and complex flavor, often described as floral, with smooth, sweet taste and a lingering aftertaste. The high mountain environment imparts a freshness and purity to the tea. The tea has a fragrant aroma, often with notes of orchid or lilac which is characteristic of high mountain oolong teas. The honey green tea soup is exceptionally aromatic and sweet but also impressively delicate, deep and refreshing in taste.
