FEATURES
Dongding Oolong is a classic high mountain tea. Producing premium Dongding Oolong requires high altitude and cool climate. Dongding Oolong, often described as “green leaves with red edges” for the unique color of its tea leaves, is finely made through complex processes: sunshine withering, cooling, shaking, kneading, baking, bag-rolling, re-baking and roasting. Its golden, amber-colored tea soup has a strong fruity and floral aroma that enhances its rich flavor of mellow sweetness with long-lasting pleasant roasted aftertaste. Dong Ding Oolong tea is celebrated for its craftsmanship and traditional methods used in its production, which contribute to its distinctive and high-quality character.
